What is Vertical Video?
Vertical video includes Interior + Exterior Ground or Walkthrough Showcase of a Real Estate listing as a dynamic video solution focusing on the key selling points of a home, giving the viewer an immersive experience into the beauty of your unique listing.

Professionally captured video on a camera/phone that is optimized for social media capture and delivery. This camera may be in a compact format, such as the one included in a high-end iPhone. This gear is supported by a gimbal and Steadicam technology for better stabilization.

Vertical Video Clips Only

Each clip is captured within the camera/phone color temperature depending on the lighting situation with appropriate post-production such as clip trimming and image stabilization to make it easy for clients to use in their social media content. These files will be delivered via email with a Dropbox link to the library.

A completed 30 second vertical video of a listing (B-roll only - showcasing just spaces, no people or animals in frame) without audio.
The Vertical Video consists of 1 second clips to suit most audio selections within the native Instagram App. Each clip is captured within the camera/phone color temperature depending on the lighting situation with appropriate post-production such as clip trimming and image stabilization. Every Vertical Video is created for ease of use when uploading and selecting audio within the native Instagram App. One revision is included in the price.
Option 3
Completed Agent Walkthrough Vertical Video
Includes:

A completed 30 second Agent Walkthrough Vertical Video without audio featuring a combination of 2-4 shots with an agent or individual walking through key spaces of the home and b-roll shots of the key spaces and features without an individual/animal in frame.
Each clip is captured within the camera/phone color temperature depending on the lighting situation with appropriate post-production such as clip trimming and image stabilization. Each Vertical Video is created for ease of use when uploading and selecting audio within the native Instagram App. One revision is included in the price.
Deliverables & Turnaround Time:

Deliverables are delivered via email with download links. Vertical Video links will also be available in the dashboard of your client account. Links are sent to the client within 2 business days from the vertical video appointment.

Extra Trip Fee:
If you have already purchased a photo package but would like to add on the vertical video after you have received the images, an additional charge of $50 will be added to return to property to capture.
Without Add-On:
Vertical video can be purchased alone and without the purchase of a photography package for an additional fee of $100.
